<p>COVID19 is still a mystery at the time of this offering.  Now that the flu season is upon Us in the Northern Hemisphere, expect continued idiocy and carelessness to compound the spread of COVID19 (which has already mutated to COVID20).</p>
<p>This update to <a href="https://partydomme.com/winterizer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">My original post</a> is intended to give you an extra line of defense against this <em>killer.</em>  YES, <em>COVID19 IS a killer</em> – I have had the horror of trying to find a funeral home to bury a relative and I’ve lost several, good and valuable people who actually made positive contributions to society.</p>
<p><strong>WEAR A MASK</strong> in public places, including hallways; elevators; and laundry rooms.  And wash your hands.  If you have a problem with that, may <em>you</em> soon have a <em>reason</em> to take this pandemic seriously and <em>evolve your responsibility.</em></p>

<p>Every year, I remind the people on <a href="https://partydomme.com/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">My Mailing Lists</a> to prepare for the cold and cold &amp; flu season with a natural preventive that is centuries (perhaps, even millennia) old.</p>
<p><strong><em>The Winterizer</em></strong> is one of those “old wives’ remedies” that works wonders.</p>
<p>Before I began doing this treatment EVERY October, I suffered with 2-3 <em>really bad</em> colds and a few mini-annoyances per year, EVERY year.</p>
<p>IMMEDIATELY, the very first year that I “<em>Winterized,</em>” I did not suffer with wretched colds and was able to prevent a cold from coming on before it got me! Now, I barely get a sniffle during the entire winter!</p>
<p>I swear by this treatment and highly encourage you to give yourself this gift.</p>
<p>The principle is that when you coat your stomach with immune boosting, healthy oils that cleanse as well as protect, you strengthen your body’s ability to fight colds, flu, and viruses.  With the scare of COVID19 compounded by the flu, it can’t hurt to give your body some extra protection.</p>
<p>And if that’s not enough incentive for you to do this incredibly easy and inexpensive treatment, do it so that you’re not one of those selfish &amp; annoying people who will sneeze, etc., all over the rest of Us because you didn’t take proper care of yourself!</p>

<h2><strong>The Winterizer</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>From October 1-31st</strong></h3>
<p>The timing of <em>The Winterizer</em> treatment is important because the month of October (in the Northern Hemisphere) is when the weather traditionally begins to cool.</p>
<p>HOWEVER:</p>
<ul>
<li>If you start a little later, be certain to complete 31 days of <em>The Winterizer</em>; and</li>
<li>If you miss a day, add a day to complete 31 days. Ideally, taking <em>The Winterizer</em> for 31 consecutive days is best.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Ingredients</u>:</strong> Equal parts of (more product links below)</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Olive Oil (First Cold Pressed is best)</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Mineral Oil</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">Cod Liver Oil (preferably unflavored, but mint-flavored is less horrible tasting)</p>
<p>SHAKE WELL.  Take <strong>2 tablespoons</strong> (for adults; 1 tablespoon for children under 12) of <em>The Winterizer</em> DAILY on an EMPTY stomach – BEFORE putting <em>anything</em> into your stomach (including water).  <strong><u>Store all oils in the refrigerator</u></strong>.</p>
<p><strong><u>Tips</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have a cup of something you enjoy to drink immediately after taking <em>The Winterizer</em> treatment to assist with the taste of the cod liver oil.</li>
<li>Holding your nose while swallowing assists in dealing with the cod liver oil taste.</li>
<li>Prior to taking, let <em>The Winterizer</em> mixture sit a few minutes after removing from refrigerator or set the bottle in warm water to liquefy.  The mixture goes down a lot easier without clumps of solid olive oil.</li>
<li>Keep <em>The Winterizer</em> mixture in a glass bottle.  The added taste of plastic can be unpleasant.  If you choose to use a plastic bottle, I recommend using a clear, water bottle (e.g., Poland Spring).</li>
<li>You will notice that bowel movements will improve – which is large part of why <em>The Winterizer</em> treatment works.  You will cleanse the intestines and colon, which allows for healthier digestion, which leads to strengthening your immune system. (The base of the immune system is in your digestive tract.)  You may also notice improvements in your skin and nails, shiny hair, as well as better mobility in joints and improvements in pain management.</li>
<li>If you miss a day, add a day to complete 31 days. Ideally, taking <em>The Winterizer</em> for 31 consecutive days is best.</li>

<p>The United State Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections has moved/removed the resources that I mentioned in My original article.  I can&#8217;t help but think this creep-president and his associates&#8217; deplorable behavior has a LOT to do with the disappearance of resources detailing steps to protect yourself and hold barbarians accountable for heinous atrocities&#8230;</p>

<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignright" src="https://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/a3/7a/53/a37a53be7563649556397418340fb1af.jpg" alt="" width="236" height="176" />Although I lost EVERYTHING in stupid-storm-sandy last year (still battling insurance companies); while My family and cherished ones have died and continue to fail in health; while I refuse to allow a serious injury to crush My Spirit with non-stop pain, I refuse to age horribly in eye-sore (non)fashion by keeping a positive perspective by<strong><em><span style="color: #ff0000;"> practicing gratitude</span></em></strong><em>.</em> That means instead of focusing on all the ugly in the world and what I don’t have, I am grateful ~<em> <strong>I am GREAT-full</strong></em> ~ for all that I do have.</p>
<p><strong>Yes, I know:</strong> when all you can see is darkness, it’s hard to be grateful. But that’s because your focus is on the wrong things and your heart is in the wrong place! <strong> The more you focus on how fortunate you are to be you, exactly where you are RIGHT NOW, magic happens!</strong> <strong>Perspective determines outcome</strong>. Begin by thinking of all of the things that you take for granted – like clean water at your fingertips – and recognize how fortunate you ARE when multitudes in the world don’t have what you consider to be a basic right.</p>

<p>I recommend contemplating <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>&#8220;10 Things I Am Grateful For Today&#8221;</strong></span> <em>every day</em>, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">upon awakening, and before you get out of bed</span>. I permit Myself to repeat only 3 things each day, such as how grateful I am that I have all of My 5 senses and that I live in a country where I have amazing freedoms as a Woman when so many Women are repressed by institutionalized fear of their greatness.</p>
<p>It is a scientifically proven fact that positive thoughts generate euphoria-inducing chemicals such as dopamine, which is the pleasure neurotransmitter!</p>

<p>So, begin your day with a jump-start of dopamine and take it from there. As soon as you become aware of those negative thoughts, immediately put your focus on what you are grateful for. As with all exercise, practice makes improvements in all areas of your life. in a very short amount of time, you <span style="text-decoration: underline;">will</span> notice that you are more energetic, feel better about everything, and are able to remain positive and empowered for longer periods of time even when dealing with stress.</p>
