The Winterizer 2020

COVID19 & “The Winterizer” Natural Cold & Flu Prevention

September 26, 2020

COVID19 is still a mystery at the time of this offering.  Now that the flu season is upon Us in the Northern Hemisphere, expect continued idiocy and carelessness to compound the spread of COVID19 (which has already mutated to COVID20).

This update to My original post is intended to give you an extra line of defense against this killer.  YES, COVID19 IS a killer – I have had the horror of trying to find a funeral home to bury a relative and I’ve lost several, good and valuable people who actually made positive contributions to society.

WEAR A MASK in public places, including hallways; elevators; and laundry rooms.  And wash your hands.  If you have a problem with that, may you soon have a reason to take this pandemic seriously and evolve your responsibility.

Think about what I just said and how I said it.

Resources

Both are quick reads and provide scientific resource links:

Download freeMy Kill Coronavirus On Contact Naturally research and protect yourself and your environment with a low-cost, better-than-bleach antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-fungal, antiviral, safe-for-the-environment solution that is used in hospitals for pre-surgical cleaning and disinfecting.  You can also use it to disinfect your groceries and as a vegetable wash.

Download freeHow To Strengthen Your Inner Shield by Cynthia Li, MD describes easy steps to strengthen your immune system to protect against COVID19 and more.

According to the further research I’ve done (which is quite a bit from a variety of sources) concerning strengthening your immune system to protect against COVID19 and for recovery from it, the key components for your well-being are:

If ever there was a time to eat healthier it is NOW.

Every year, I remind the people on My Mailing Lists to prepare for the cold and cold & flu season with a natural preventive that is centuries (perhaps, even millennia) old.

The Winterizer is one of those “old wives’ remedies” that works wonders.

Before I began doing this treatment EVERY October, I suffered with 2-3 really bad colds and a few mini-annoyances per year, EVERY year.

IMMEDIATELY, the very first year that I “Winterized,” I did not suffer with wretched colds and was able to prevent a cold from coming on before it got me! Now, I barely get a sniffle during the entire winter!

I swear by this treatment and highly encourage you to give yourself this gift.

The principle is that when you coat your stomach with immune boosting, healthy oils that cleanse as well as protect, you strengthen your body’s ability to fight colds, flu, and viruses.  With the scare of COVID19 compounded by the flu, it can’t hurt to give your body some extra protection.

And if that’s not enough incentive for you to do this incredibly easy and inexpensive treatment, do it so that you’re not one of those selfish & annoying people who will sneeze, etc., all over the rest of Us because you didn’t take proper care of yourself!

NOTE:  I also gave this treatment to My dogs.  Considering body weight, administer the mixture accordingly: DAILY 1/2 tsp. for small dogs (20 lbs. & under), 1 tsp. for medium dogs, and 1 tbsp. for large dogs.  Be sure to check with your veterinarian and do the research to ensure that none of the ingredients may be harmful to your pet.

  • I have provided links to quality, cost-effective products below.

The Winterizer

From October 1-31st

The timing of The Winterizer treatment is important because the month of October (in the Northern Hemisphere) is when the weather traditionally begins to cool.

HOWEVER:

  • If you start a little later, be certain to complete 31 days of The Winterizer; and
  • If you miss a day, add a day to complete 31 days. Ideally, taking The Winterizer for 31 consecutive days is best.

Ingredients: Equal parts of (more product links below)

Olive Oil (First Cold Pressed is best)

Mineral Oil

Cod Liver Oil (preferably unflavored, but mint-flavored is less horrible tasting)

SHAKE WELL.  Take 2 tablespoons (for adults; 1 tablespoon for children under 12) of The Winterizer DAILY on an EMPTY stomach – BEFORE putting anything into your stomach (including water).  Store all oils in the refrigerator.

Tips:

  • Have a cup of something you enjoy to drink immediately after taking The Winterizer treatment to assist with the taste of the cod liver oil.
  • Holding your nose while swallowing assists in dealing with the cod liver oil taste.
  • Prior to taking, let The Winterizer mixture sit a few minutes after removing from refrigerator or set the bottle in warm water to liquefy.  The mixture goes down a lot easier without clumps of solid olive oil.
  • Keep The Winterizer mixture in a glass bottle.  The added taste of plastic can be unpleasant.  If you choose to use a plastic bottle, I recommend using a clear, water bottle (e.g., Poland Spring).
  • You will notice that bowel movements will improve – which is large part of why The Winterizer treatment works.  You will cleanse the intestines and colon, which allows for healthier digestion, which leads to strengthening your immune system. (The base of the immune system is in your digestive tract.)  You may also notice improvements in your skin and nails, shiny hair, as well as better mobility in joints and improvements in pain management.
  • If you miss a day, add a day to complete 31 days. Ideally, taking The Winterizer for 31 consecutive days is best.

The Uses of Mineral Oil

Caution: Cod Liver oil contains large amounts of Vitamin A which can be toxic if taken to extremes.  Due to pollution, cod liver oil can contain contaminants such as mercury.   Mineral Oil can be a colon irritant and cause diarrhea when not properly administered.

This is why you should cease taking The Winterizer treatment after the 31st day (Halloween!)

How To Stop A Stalker 2019

December 3, 2019

UPDATED INFO from original post, How To Stop A Stalker

The United State Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections has moved/removed the resources that I mentioned in My original article.  I can’t help but think this creep-president and his associates’ deplorable behavior has a LOT to do with the disappearance of resources detailing steps to protect yourself and hold barbarians accountable for heinous atrocities…

Here is an updated list of resources along with My original article.

Safe Horizons Stalking Resources

Office for Victims ofCrime

Victim Connect offers a list of resources and information on the various types of stalking.  “The VictimConnect Resource Center is a place for victims of all crime to learn about their rights and options, confidentially and compassionately. VictimConnect can be accessed anywhere in the United States through a traditional telephone-based helpline and innovative text and online chat services Monday through Friday. Services are available in English and Spanish and interpreters for more than 200 languages can be accessed. Victim assistance specialists help people who reach out find appropriate national, local, or online resources. Additionally, victimconnect.org has information regarding types of crime, crime statistics, and maintains a searchable online directory for crime victim service providers. VictimConnect is a program of The National Center for Victims of Crime. ”

The Community Policing Dispatch is the award-winning e-newsletter of the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) offers Stalking: Know It. Name It. Stop It with guides for law enforcement as well as for victims and links to publications and multimedia resources to identify and properly attend to stalking.

And just because, The United States Department of Justice offers links to helplines.

Dear Mistress Didi*,

I am sorry to hear about Your unfortunate circumstances with [name of stalker omitted], especially after all that You did for him. I want to thank You for providing anti-stalking resources in Your Newsletter and ask if I may reprint Your article to assist others who have to deal with similar horrors? Sincerely, Sir WLX

Dear Sir WLX,

It is My pleasure to give You ~ and anyone else who wishes to share the safety resources I’ve provided against STALKING ~ permission to do so. I ask that You please provide a link back to My Resources Page so that as many people as possible will have access to opportunities for positive growth and joy.

For anyone reading this reply who is not aware of the heinous activities that caused Me to cooperate with the FBI, it is My intention that, by making the public aware of his lascivious behavior, the offender is prompted to seek psychiatric and emotional health assistance so that no one else nor his children will be victims of his vicious behaviors, such as the injuries he has caused to My submissive and his children. Last Updated: January 05, 2011The National Institute of Justice defines stalking: “Like domestic violence, stalking is a crime of power and control. Stalking is conservatively defined as “a course of conduct directed at a specific person that involves repeated (two or more occasions) visual or physical proximity, nonconsensual communication, or verbal, written, or implied threats, or a combination thereof, that would cause a reasonable person fear” (cite omitted). Stalking behaviors also may include persistent patterns of leaving or sending the victim unwanted items or presents that may range from seemingly romantic to bizarre, following or laying in wait for the victim, damaging or threatening to damage the victim’s property, defaming the victim’s character, or harassing the victim via the Internet by posting personal information or spreading rumors about the victim. The overwhelming majority of victims are women (78 percent), and the majority of offenders (87 percent) are men. Feel Good & Empowered: Practice Gratitude

UPDATE 3/16/14: Video “Tapping Into Gratitude”

December 4, 2013

Q: Dear Mistress Didi,

…Things are going really well for me right now, but I still have set-backs when I have to deal with certain people… and the heartache of an abusive relationship… It’s exhausting trying to keep My focus… There’s always some [OMITTED] attacking the advice You give and Your opinions. How do You stay positive?

Miss VJK

*****

Dear Miss VJK,

Although I lost EVERYTHING in stupid-storm-sandy last year (still battling insurance companies); while My family and cherished ones have died and continue to fail in health; while I refuse to allow a serious injury to crush My Spirit with non-stop pain, I refuse to age horribly in eye-sore (non)fashion by keeping a positive perspective by practicing gratitude. That means instead of focusing on all the ugly in the world and what I don’t have, I am grateful ~ I am GREAT-full ~ for all that I do have.

Yes, I know: when all you can see is darkness, it’s hard to be grateful. But that’s because your focus is on the wrong things and your heart is in the wrong place! The more you focus on how fortunate you are to be you, exactly where you are RIGHT NOW, magic happens! Perspective determines outcome. Begin by thinking of all of the things that you take for granted – like clean water at your fingertips – and recognize how fortunate you ARE when multitudes in the world don’t have what you consider to be a basic right.

Speaking of clean water, please make a donation to My Charity Water Campaign so that more people can share gratitude and many lives can be saved! That is a perfect gift for The Whole!

I recommend contemplating “10 Things I Am Grateful For Today” every day, upon awakening, and before you get out of bed. I permit Myself to repeat only 3 things each day, such as how grateful I am that I have all of My 5 senses and that I live in a country where I have amazing freedoms as a Woman when so many Women are repressed by institutionalized fear of their greatness.

It is a scientifically proven fact that positive thoughts generate euphoria-inducing chemicals such as dopamine, which is the pleasure neurotransmitter!

It turns out that memory recall can be used to regulate mood in people who are experiencing depression, because thinking about positive memories causes the brain to release dopamine… [Read more on How Stuff Works]

So, begin your day with a jump-start of dopamine and take it from there. As soon as you become aware of those negative thoughts, immediately put your focus on what you are grateful for. As with all exercise, practice makes improvements in all areas of your life. in a very short amount of time, you will notice that you are more energetic, feel better about everything, and are able to remain positive and empowered for longer periods of time even when dealing with stress.

And this holiday season, give another gift that is truly useful to yourself and your loved ones by shifting your focus to your great-fullness by practicing gratitude!

OK, that was the nice way to give My message of cheer! For those who insist on being miserable, see graphic on the right!

Happy Holidays & A Powerful New Year!
